Big Rig Bassin’ (“Big Rig”) warrants the original retail purchaser that products made by Big Rig have been manufactured free from defects in materials and workmanship. This Limited Warranty is effective for 1 year from the date of original retail purchase. Products found to be defective and covered by this Limited Warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge at Big Rig’s sole option and returned to the customer freight prepaid. Big Rig is not responsible for charges connected with the removal of such product or reinstallation of replaced or repaired parts; or shipping parts to the factory or authorized service facility (if outside the United States).

Big Rig’s sole responsibility under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a product that has been deemed defective in in our sole discretion. 

This Limited Warranty does not apply to a product in the following cases:

• Improperly installation of the product;
• The product is used in an installation other than that recommended in the product installation and operation instructions;
• The product has been damaged or has failed because of an accident or irregular operation; and
• The product has been repaired or modified by entities other than Big Rig or a Big Rig authorized service facility.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON THE PART OF BIG RIG AND WILL BE THE CUSTOMER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, EXCEPT FOR ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER STATE LAW WHICH ARE HEREBY LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. IN NO EVENT WILL BIG RIG BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY RELATING TO THE PRODUCT(S). Some states do not allow limitations on an implied warranty, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

If the product fails to conform with this Limited Warranty, you must notify Big Rig of the failure by emailing us at: warranty@bigrigbassin.com within 30 days of the date of the failure and, before you exercise any other remedy. You must provide Big Rig with the opportunity to repair or replace the product. You must deliver the product to Big Rig or an authorized service facility that we reasonably select. Big Rig will not reimburse you for any repairs that are not performed by Big Rig or our authorized service facility, unless we provide advance written authorization for such repairs and you provide us with written receipts.
