Return Policy

Big Rig Bassin’ stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your product. If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased direct from our website (www.bigrigbassin.com), you can return your item(s) as follows:

  • Items purchased through our website (www.bigrigbassin.com) can be returned online to us within 30 days of purchase following the instructions outlined below.
  • Please retain all packaging material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item(s) if necessary.
  • You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return and should be included when an item is sent back.
  • Items purchased at a retail store, 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy. We only process returns for items purchased on our website (www.bigrigbassin.com).

Return Instructions

All returns must be initiated through our Return Portal. Please follow the link to begin the return process. If you have any questions regarding your return or exchange- please contact us at returns@bigrigbassin.com to speak with a customer service team member.

2. Enter Order Number, enter Zip Code, and click Look Up Order

3. Choose which items to return by selecting the appropriate box(es)

4. Choose the Return Reason from the dropdown menu and click Submit Request

5. If your return falls within the authorized time frame, you will be taken to a Return Confirmation screen.

6. Place a copy of your Receipt or Packing Slip in the original box with all selected products

7. Place the Return Shipping Label on the original packaging material and drop it off at your local UPS location

Refund

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your credit  (excluding original shipping fees, if applicable) within 14 business days.
